PMG Return Policy


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from PMG, doing business as GemSeal, SealMaster, and SportMaster (collectively, “PMG” or “we”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. For any questions or concerns, please contact your PMG sales representative or local PMG facility.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products (including any custom orders).
  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Items that are not in resalable condition.
  • Any and all material left in PMG rental equipment.
  • Used Equipment or open box goods

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged or contains shipping discrepancies, contact your sales representative within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a defect after opening or first use, promptly notify your PMG representative; we will work with you to determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
  • PMG will cover return shipping costs for items confirmed to have shipping damage or manufacturer defects.

4. Exchange vs. Refund

  • If eligible for return, you may request either a refund or an exchange.
  • Exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
  • If an exchange item is not available, a refund will be provided instead.

5. Return Approval & RMA

  • All returns must be pre-approved by contacting your PMG sales representative.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or similar approval code will be provided. Returns sent without this authorization may be refused.

6. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on PMG’s part (e.g., incorrect product delivered) or confirmed damage/defect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of items. PMG is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

8. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
  • If the returned items do not meet the eligibility criteria, a refund may be reduced or denied.
  • Generally, refunds are processed back to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days of approval. Exact timelines may vary by financial institution.

9. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee applies to certain returns, particularly for special orders or bulk items.
  • Restocking fees, when applicable, typically range from 10% to 20% of the item’s purchase price and will be communicated at the time of return approval.

10. Partial Returns

  • If you are returning part of a multi-item order, contact your sales representative to confirm eligibility and any potential fee adjustments.
  • Bulk or promotional discounts may be affected by partial returns if the qualifying order thresholds are no longer met; any associated cost difference may be deducted from the refund.

11. Warranties

  • Some products may come with separate manufacturer warranties that extend beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Refer to the product documentation for details or contact PMG for assistance in filing a warranty claim.

12. Compliance with Local Consumer Laws

  • This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • If any provision of this policy is held unenforceable under local law, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting your PMG sales representative or location.
  • Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

14. Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipments and deliveries are FOB.
  • PMG is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery issues outside its control.
  • Any shipping discrepancies or damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • PMG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

16. Changes to These Terms

  • PMG reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without notice.
