1. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility:
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if:
    • Items are unopened.
    • Items are in their original packaging.
    • Items are in resalable condition.

• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom orders and personalized products.
  • Items that have been opened or used.

• Restocking Fees:
  • A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for special orders or bulk items. The amount will be determined at the time of return approval.

• Approval Process:
  • All returns must be pre-approved by contacting your local sales representative.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

• Proof of Purchase:
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

• Shipping Costs:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product delivered).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of items.

• Refunds:
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Items that fail to meet the return criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Order Cancellations

• • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting your local sales representative. Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• • PMG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other factors outside of our control.

• • Any shipping discrepancies or damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

4. Limitation of Liability

• • PMG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

5. Changes to Terms
